Since 1975, The Mustard Seed Street Church (MSSC) has been fighting hunger while restoring Faith for families and individuals living in poverty, as well as the working poor, throughout the Capital Regional District. We are a Christian community offering a continuum of care that operates the Hospitality Centre, the Food Security Distribution Centre, the Family Centre and Hope Farm Healing Centre in Duncan serving all who come to us without discrimination. We also offer church services for those seeking a place to belong and grow spiritually. Through these core programs we assist over 5,000 people each month with the help of many more volunteers and generous financial supporters.

**Position Title**:Finance & Donor Relations Clerk

**Position Summary**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Engage in relationships with key funders, maintaining a productive and fulfilling relationship
- Process donations and batch reports
- Responsible for producing all donation related tax receipts (electronic/print)
- Support annual fundraising programs in collaboration with development team
- Participating in the Christian ministry of The Mustard Seed Street Church including staff meetings and training opportunities in consultation with supervisor
- Administrative support for all locations as needed
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**
- Ability to use Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel)
- Diploma in business administration or equivalent an asset
- Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s License
- Knowledge of Blackbaud Raisers Edge NXT an asset
