The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

- Civil Engineering Diploma or other science-related Bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- CCIL Aggregate Certification is preferred (but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, clients, and contractors

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
