**Norelco Cabinets** is a locally owned and operated cabinet manufacturing company and we are seeking to hire a **Field Service Technician** to our team Be a part of a team striving to continue achieving leading edge craftsmanship and provide award-winning cabinetry. In this role you will perform post installation cabinet services or warranty repairs, adjustments, or replacements as needed to satisfy the customer requirements

The responsibilities of the **Field Service Technician** include but are not limited to the following:

- Repair, replace, adjust cabinets as needed
- Repair, replace, adjust Norelco supplied laminate counter tops as needed
- Install, repair, replace moulding and trim materials as needed
- Determine, through inspection if necessary, the extent of warranty or service issues as requested by customer service.
- Various other duties as required

Our **Field Service Technicians **must:

- Possess in depth knowledge of cabinet making practices and hardware used
- Have the ability to work in occupied and finished homes, must be professional, respectful, and patient while maintaining efficiency
- Be detail oriented
- Have own tools and transportation
- Will be eligible for coverage under Norelco's benefit package immediately upon start date.
- Receive and hourly rate plus applicable mileage.

**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kelowna, BC V1X 5H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
