Office Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Perlin Bal Figol LLP is a boutique litigation, real estate, and corporate law firm seeking an office administrative assistant/receptionist to join its growing team.
**Skills**:
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
- Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients and visitors
- Prioritize assigned tasks effectively
- Complete tasks independently and proactively
- Adaptable and willing to work as a team
- Familiar with technology equipment and software, i.e., Microsoft Office 365, Zoom, screen-mirroring/projecting, webcam/microphone set-up, printing, copying, and scanning
**Tasks**:
- Answer and manage office main phone line
- Greet clients and visitors at reception
- Conduct opening and closing file procedures, i.e., completing client intake and conflict checks, receiving IDs, coordinating with support staff
- Preserve client confidentiality
- Maintain common office areas, i.e., boardroom, kitchen
- Manage electronic and physical files
- Receive, arrange, and manage mail and courier services
- Coordinate firm events
- Order and manage office and kitchen supplies
- Onboard new team members
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues and take on other administrative tasks as required.
**Required Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer facing role and/or administrative/receptionist position office environment is beneficial
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $35,776.00 per year
Additional pay:
