Edmonton, Canada OSI Select Ready Foods Inc. Full time

OSI Select Ready Foods Inc., is currently looking for a _**Quality Assurance Coordinator **_based out of our North East Edmonton operations. This is a full-time position to cover a 12-month maternity leave with the possibility of an extension.

The **Quality Assurance **_**Coordinator**_ is responsible to ensure weekly, monthly, and annual monitoring and verification frequencies are met. The Quality Assurance coordinator will work closely with the QA Manager on a daily basis to assist with FSQA duties in the plant.

Duties for this position include but are not limited to:

- Liaise with CFIA inspectors on IRC, CAR, and CVS/SIP task management.
- Maintenance of equipment preventative maintenance and work order management program.
- Assist and participate in 3rd party BRC, customer and CFIA audits.
- Plan, organize and conduct annual HACCP validations and verification's.
- Conduct employee(s) training on HACCP, Food Safety, CCPs, and GMPs as per the personnel training program, along with maintaining employee files.
- Maintain and update pre-requisite program and reassessments as per schedule.
- Evaluate, maintain and update finished product specifications and formulations.
- Assist in investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
- Conduct and maintain label and packaging reviews, as required.
- Other duties as required.
