Thanks to our sustained growth, we’re looking to bring a **Production Supervisor **to our team to help lead our Cheesemaking and Packaging teams daily activities to meet our production requirements. Delivering quality is without question and above all, you’ll make sure our people are safe.
**Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- **Team Supervision**:
- Safety
- Quality
- Cultivation of of a healthy team enviroment
- Performance Measurement
- Discipline and Counsel
- Administration, including time management and efficiency monitoring
- Production planning, execution, and reporting
**Your experience and education include**:
- Completion of the following post-secondary education (or equivalent with work experience): Supervisory Skills, Quality Assurance Fundamentals, MS Excel
- Minimum 7 years in a production role with 3 years in a leadership role
- General: flexible work schedule, committed to self-development
- Leadership: lead by example, develop, coach, mentor, motivate and support, conflict resolution, production efficiency
- Strong Communication Skills: verbal and written English, non-verbal, internal and external facing
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+lbs repetatively
- Work experience in a regulated food facility and working knowledge of GFSI satandards are preffered
**Shift Schedule**:
- Day shift, hours to be determined
- Monday to Friday with possibility of occasional weekends
