**Position Overview**

We are hiring a full-time B2B Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client onboarding, while representing a trusted and expanding Canadian brand.

This is a high-performance sales role with significant income potential, ideal for a professional with strong communication skills and a background in merchant services, POS systems, or financial technology.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prospect and connect with new business clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals
- Conduct client consultations to assess business needs and recommend customized solutions
- Present and deliver tailored proposals, pricing, and product demonstrations
- Close new business and manage the full onboarding process including:

- Coordinating with on-site technical teams for hardware installation
- Assisting with software setup and client training with support from our technical team
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout onboarding and beyond
- Maintain and grow a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Identify upsell and referral opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal departments including onboarding, support, and operations
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings

**Solutions and Products You Will Represent**

As a Sales Representative for Armour Payments, you will offer an industry-leading suite of payment solutions, including:

- Credit and Debit Card Processing (Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Amex)
- Countertop, Wireless, and Mobile Terminals
- Online and Mobile Payments, Virtual Terminals, and Invoicing Tools
- Restaurant Point-of-Sale Systems through **Caviar POS, a division of Armour Payments**:

- Retail Point-of-Sale Solutions
- Unattended Solutions including self-serve kiosks and vending payment stations
- Gift Card and Loyalty Programs (physical and digital)
- Online Booking and Scheduling Integrations
- Donation Kiosks and Online Giving Platforms through **Givetree, a division of Armour Payments**:

- Business Intelligence and Reporting Dashboards

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- **Merchant services, point-of-sale, or fintech industry experience is strongly preferred**:

- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage the full sales cycle
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM and digital sales tools
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented and competitive mindset
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites
- College or university degree is a plus
