Home Hardware has an exciting opportunity available for a
**Change Leadership Manager** to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Strategy and Management, you will be responsible for driving our transformational journey forward, by modelling change management leadership throughout HHSL.

This critical role will work cross functionally with key partners across the organization modeling change leadership, defining and implementing best practices and tracking organizational readiness. We are looking for a leader to build a cohesive team, drive change leadership, and execute core change management strategies.

**What you’ll do**:

- Own the implementation of the ORO Target Operating Model (TOM) and grow its maturity with developing trends.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team including, for example, Change Management Specialists, SOP, Communications Specialists, Change Analysts.
- Facilitate and build long standing relationships and effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) and the partnership with EPMO and the alignment with the Integrated Project Plan (IPP).
- Lead the measurement, reporting and tracking of a range of organizational change and readiness indicators across a portfolio of changes.
- Identify pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion. Develop counterstrategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues.
- Build change leadership as a leadership capability, coaching and supporting sponsors, stakeholders and business leads in their change roles.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience successfully leading change management and readiness strategies and plans for complex, cross-functional technology-driven implementations with substantial people impact in large enterprises.
- Strong hands-on change management skills, with experience in managing and leading teams, including direct reports and project resources.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end processes in large organizations and the impact of new technology capabilities or functionality on business processes.
- Strong process orientation. Constructs practical business processes that are efficient and deliver desired results. Applies a continuous improvement mindset. SOP development and knowledge.
- Experience working with or managing external vendor partners (consulting firms, staffing agencies, creative designers, etc.).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building skills. Able to establish effective rapport, collaborate and influence across all functions and all levels of the organization. Able to influence without direct authority.
- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity. Brings structure and definition to unclear problems and solutions. Confidently moves work forward without having the total picture.
- Exceptional communication skills. Creates well-structured, inspirational communications that achieve desired outcomes. Respectfully and effectively sells recommendations and ideas and is comfortable presenting to senior audiences.
- Creative thinker that is skilled in collaborating with others to test, learn, and arrive at creative solutions for the business that are meaningful and achieve desired impact.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to arrive at meaningful action plans. Communicating insights in a way that resonates with the audience.
- Strong facilitation skills. Structures and facilitates working sessions in small and large groups with peers or senior leaders. Asks insightful questions and that drive meaningful discussion and action.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- Retail and/or Supply Chain experience is preferred.
