As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering cross-functional business solutions to enable business capability and meet company objectives. Led by the Director, Enterprise Project Management Office, this position will best suit someone who has strong communication skills and demonstrated project management experience.

- Working with the project team to define the project scope clearly and manage any changes through a formal change control process to keep the project on track and within the agreed parameters.
- Estimating project work effort. Developing the project plan, schedule and budget, and obtaining agreement with key managerial stakeholders.
- Manage the assigned budget and shared budget insights through regular reporting.
- Maintain detailed project plan(s) to track progress. Use appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and cost.
- Negotiating with resource managers to staff the project, and managing relationships with external software, hardware or people resources.
- Communicate plans, actions, project status, while continuously monitoring and addressing risks and issues as they arise with key stakeholders in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring all technical, business, and people issues, that impact the project are properly resolved.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve workflow.

**We’re looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Systems or Information Technology with 5-10 years of experience.
- Experience working on small to medium business/system projects meeting time and quality targets/standards.
- Excellent understanding of project management methodology, including planning, estimating, executing and controlling.
- PMP designation would be an asset.
- Proven experience with waterfall, iterative waterfall, and agile scrum project execution would be an asset.
- Ability to balance risk, cost and benefit.
- Results oriented with a focus on quality. Creative thinker with the ability to see the big picture.
- Excellent people skills and written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable while operating independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service orientation required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
