**About the role**:
As a Territory Manager at Adastra Labs Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and ensuring the success of our sales operations within your designated region. This is a dynamic position where you will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution to build strong relationships with retailers, optimize regional performance, and champion Adastra’s industry-leading cannabis products. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will directly impact the company's sales growth.

**Duties and responsibilities (include and are not limited to)**:

- Oversee all aspects of sales activities within the designated region, including the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage regional P&L to meet financial targets and deliver on the company's objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with retailers, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Stay informed about legislation affecting the cannabis industry and communicate updates to the head office team and sales representatives.
- Represent the company at relevant cannabis trade shows and events within the region.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales management to devise overall sales strategies, with a focus on key accounts.
- Manage inventory effectively within the region, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Analyze division expenditures and prepare monthly sales reports, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Focusing on sales opportunities & forming key relationships with buyers.
- Potential for Ad hoc projects.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

**Qualifications/competencies**:

- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong understanding of the cannabis industry, including strains, effects, consumption methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in project management, with the ability to plan, organize, and achieve goals effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, profitability, and expenses.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for the cannabis product and category.
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must obtain or the ability to obtain all provincially required Cannabis certifications (Cansell)
- Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
