**Calgary, Alberta - Travel Required Across Canada**
**Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, plus potential bonus**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. During peak season weekends and extended hours are required.**
DCCHail is seeking a Full Time Regional Hail Manager. This position will primarily be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of location(s), estimating vehicles, repair planning and quality control. They will also be responsible for assisting with training new staff, assignment management, delivering completed vehicles to customers, and customer service.
Due to the nature of the company travel will be required. Experience in the Automotive Insurance industry or Body Shops is required.

**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the region to ensure repairs are completed on time while maximizing shop efficiency
- Manage staff in one or multiple locations
- Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
- Estimate hail damage to vehicle and review repair plan
- Travel required to various clients
- Oversee the quality of repair and ensure they meet standards
**Requirements**:
- Bodyshop and or hail repair experience (2-3 years)
- Estimation experience using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
- Ability to travel across Canada is required, based on business needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
