**Hail Estimator**

**DCCHail Winnipeg - AutoCanada Collision Centres**

**Winnipeg, Manitoba, On-Site, Travel across Canada is required**

**Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 per year**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, weekend availability as needed. Extended hours are required during peak season.**

**This position will primarily be responsible for providing Estimation on location during hail events. They will also be responsible for assisting with check-ins, assignment management, delivering completed vehicles to customers, and customer service.**

**Due to the nature of the company travel will be required. Experience in the Automotive Insurance industry or Body Shops is required.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Inspect vehicle for damage, create a repair plan and estimate of cost**:

- ** Share repair plan with technician and the repairs to be completed**:

- ** Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships**:

- ** Estimate hail damage to vehicle and review repair plan**:

- ** Manage claims and write estimates in Mitchell and Qapter**:

- ** Oversee the quality of repair and ensure they meet standards**

**Requirements**:

- ** Bodyshop and or hail repair experience (min. 2 years)**:

- ** Estimation experience using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter**:

- ** Ability to travel across Canada based on hail events**:

- ** Knowledge of insurance procedures**:

- ** Ability to build strong relationships**:

- ** Excellent verbal and written communication skills**:

- ** French is an asset**
