**Hail Estimator**

**Winnipeg, Manitoba, On-Site**
**Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 per year**
**Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, weekend availability as needed. Extended hours are required during peak season.**

This position will primarily be responsible for providing Estimation on location during hail events. They will also be responsible for assisting with check-ins, assignment management, delivering completed vehicles to customers, and customer service.

Due to the nature of the company travel will be required. Experience in the Automotive Insurance industry or Body Shops is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicle for damage, create a repair plan and estimate of cost
- Share repair plan with technician and the repairs to be completed
- Manage professional relationships with suppliers, clients, and dealerships
- Estimate hail damage to vehicle and review repair plan
- Manage claims and write estimates in Mitchell and Qapter
- Oversee the quality of repair and ensure they meet standards

**Requirements**:

- Bodyshop and or hail repair experience (min. 2 years)
- Estimation experience using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter
- Knowledge of insurance procedures
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- French is an asset
