B to C Connections makes the bridge between the brands and the final consumers through meaningful face-to-face Business to Consumers marketing activities. We have a variety of clients we represent and a variety of retail partners we collaborate with to set up our marketing events. We operate in 3 different markets with 3 different offices: in Moncton for New Brunswick, in Halifax for Nova Scotia, and we are opening in St John's for Newfoundland.

We are passionate about impacting a community, a public and a target market. Consumer interaction is our key mission, we challenge ourselves everyday for the purpose of our clients and thanks to the precious help of our retail partners. We are looking for people who have a strong desire to challenge themselves, motivated to develop their marketing skillset and to interact with different players: clients, partners, consumers, and co-workers. The Entry Level Marketing Associate is trained from the get-go by our friendly Marketing managers who have experience of coaching a team of individuals and who are recognized for their performance for our clients and for our B to C activity.

Our corporation has just celebrated its 4 years of creation, we cherish our start up environment with good vibrations & dynamism. We are here to have fun developing a nice concept and nice event programs. We want our individuals to perform and grow throughout the process of developing our Canadian organisation. **We have a unique & completely FREE Management Training Program to find the next Marketing managers. **Every individual can move to the next level of the program with a strong work ethic, ability to learn and an unbelievable attitude towards the marketing challenges. (Program to be broken down into more details in interview).

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Learn & implement our marketing systems
- Represent our clients and retail partners
- Animate our marketing events and programs
- Adapt to our market particularities & changes
- Develop leadership skills with our different players
- Shadow the Marketing manager for interviews & meetings
- Contribute to the development of the marketing team & territory
