Our Warehouse Supervisors are outstanding planners, they oversee their teams and ensure that parts and accessories are received, stored, and shipped according to the highest standards. They never compromise on safety, which is their top priority. Our supervisors pay close attention to the well-being of their staff to maintain a pleasant work environment.

Shift: 10:00am - 6:30pm

In this key role, you will:

- Supervises the receiving, sorting, storage, order picking, order packing and shipping of all products and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse.
- Plans and schedules DC personnel to ensure proper staffing in order to receive, order fill or ship products in a productive, safe and cost efficient manner
- Conducts daily meetings; organizes daily assignments / workload to associates, and assigns duties accordingly
- Ensures that product is received, and orders are filled and shipped to various stores in a timely manner to maximize customer service
- Promotes a positive, inclusive work environment through effectively communicating and interpreting company policies for associates; coaching and counseling, responding to general inquiries, analyzing and resolving work problems in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies

**Qualifications**
To join our team, you need:

- 1 - 2 years supervisory experience in distribution, warehousing or a related industry
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners and customers
- Capability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft Office Programs (Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
