**Salary**: $40,000 annually

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
**Location**: Brampton, ON

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist drivers arriving for cargo pickup; confirm proper documentation and ensure all payments are received prior to releasing shipments.
- Verify that all shipments are customs-cleared and released to the correct recipient or company.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all shipping requests, inquiries, and transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding information or documentation to ensure smooth processing.
- Perform other administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience or basic understanding of the Freight Forwarding, Transportation, or Logistics industry is an asset.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute (may be tested).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
