**Job Overview**

Goplus Career is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** for a client company to support day-to-day delivery scheduling, shipment documentation, exception handling, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and proactive in a logistics or supply chain setting.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Schedule and manage delivery appointments to ensure smooth logistics operations
  • Complete loading, shipping, and order closure tasks as planned
  • Generate and manage POD (Proof of Delivery) documents; monitor shipment status and handle exceptions
  • Coordinate courier services (UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR) including order placement, tracking, and loading
  • Manage delivery issues and customer-specific requests to ensure successful fulfillment
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and follow up on any issues promptly
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs

**Job Requirements**

  • College diploma or above
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English
  • Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
