加鑫职介 Goplus Career 现为本地客户公司招聘物流协调员（Logistics Coordinator）多名，协助日常发货、调度、系统更新及客户沟通等工作。适合细心负责、沟通能力强的您加入专业物流团队，共同推动供应链高效运转。
**【主要职责】**
- 安排并管理送货预约，确保货物流转顺畅
- 按计划完成装货、发货、订单闭环管理等工作
- 生成并处理POD（交货证明）文件，实时监控货物状态并处理异常
- 管理快递服务（如 UPS / FedEx / Purolator）的下单、追踪与装载安排
- 协调配送异常及客户特殊需求，确保订单顺利完成
- 与客户保持良好沟通，及时汇报并跟进异常处理
- 根据公司业务发展，承担可能新增的职责
**【岗位要求】**
- 大专及以上学历
- 中英文流利（普通话 & 英文）
- 有物流、供应链等相关经验者优先
- 工作态度稳定积极，责任心强，能在快节奏环境中处理多项任务
- 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
**Job Overview**:
Goplus Career is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** for a client company to support day-to-day delivery scheduling, shipment documentation, exception handling, and customer communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, reliable, and proactive in a logistics or supply chain setting.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and manage delivery appointments to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Complete loading, shipping, and order closure tasks as planned
- Generate and manage POD (Proof of Delivery) documents; monitor shipment status and handle exceptions
- Coordinate courier services (UPS/FEDEX/PUROLATOR) including order placement, tracking, and loading
- Manage delivery issues and customer-specific requests to ensure successful fulfillment
- Maintain effective communication with clients and follow up on any issues promptly
- Take on additional responsibilities as required by business needs
**Job Requirements**:
- College diploma or above
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English
- Experience in logistics or supply chain is preferred
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
