We’re looking for a Motion Graphics & Video Producer who lives and breathes motion. This role is a balance of high-impact motion graphics, some VFX design and hands-on video production experience. You will help shape visual storytelling across our brands, turning concepts into polished content and videos that resonate across platforms.

You will work within our Creative Team to ideate, animate, shoot, and produce digital content that ranges from brand campaigns to internal storytelling. If you have strong skills in After Effects, a visual instinct, and you know your way around a set, we want to hear from you.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**Motion Graphics and Multimedia Design**
- Lead the creation of motion graphics, animated sequences, and visual effects for videos, short form social content, and brand storytelling.
- Storyboard, design and source visual assets, animate, and export polished video content optimized for various platforms
- Edit, colour correct, and sound design video content, from concept to final export.
- Integrate motion graphics into live-action video footage to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketers to bring 2D/3D visuals to life across web, social, and presentations.
- Create storyboards, mood boards, and prototypes to align early on visual direction.
- Maintain and organize project files, templates, and assets for long-term reusability.

**On Set Video Production Support**
- Assist as cinematographer, camera operator, or alternate camera, on brand shoots, interviews, and campaign content as needed.
- Set up and operate professional camera, lighting, and sound gear in both studio and field environments during production.
- Support the Team Lead, Multimedia with production planning including shot lists, gear prep, crew setup.
- Capture dynamic behind-the-scenes footage and supplementary content.
- Understand and assist with studio workflows including camera rigs, lighting setups, soundproofing, and space design.

**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia, motion graphics and video production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with 3D animation, AI Video Generation and tools, or interactive media.
- Strong working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender or immersive media platforms is an asset.
- Background in photography, drone operation, or specialized camera techniques is advantageous.
- Storytelling instincts, with a solid grasp of pacing, timing, typography, and layout.
- Confident in creating visual effects, transitions, and animated elements.
- Comfortable working on set with DSLR or cinema cameras, audio, and lighting equipment.
- Well-organized, deadline-driven, and highly collaborative.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality multimedia content on time, aligned with brand standards and responsive to stakeholder feedback and business needs.
- Knowledge of live streaming, podcast production, or virtual event media.
