**Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education and development.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all students.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster strong relationships.
- Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with special education professionals to accommodate children with unique learning needs.
- Maintain organized classroom materials and resources to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- Encourage social interaction and teamwork among students through group activities.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills to manage classroom activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Knowledge of special education practices and the ability to work with children with disabilities.
- A passion for educating young learners and fostering their growth and development.
- Ability to create an engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
