Mother Tongue Blue Mountain is a stylish restaurant & cocktail bar with Southeast Asian influences in the heart of the Blue Mountain Village. We are passionate about our craft cocktail program and inspired dishes paired with genuine and attentive hospitality. Mother Tongue is looking to expand our team with individuals who share this passion, and have the motivation to provide every guest with an authentic and memorable dining experience.

**Must be available for a variety of day & night shifts, as well as weekends.**

- Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to guide guests through their dining experience by describing the cuisine, seamlessly accommodating special requests, allergies and dietary restrictions and enlightening them on unique ingredients, fine wine, spirits and cocktails
- Meticulously follows proper service standards to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Follow bar recipes to create consistent, quality cocktails
- Smart Serve required

Serving and bartending experience is an asset, but not required.

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
