**About the Role**
**What You'll Do**
- Develop and execute strategies to identify new clients and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and the community
- Represent Oaken Builders at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings
- Collaborate with leadership and project managers to ensure alignment between sales commitments and project delivery
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and follow-ups to prospective clients
- Support marketing efforts, contributing ideas to strengthen Oaken's brand visibility
- Track and report on sales activities, goals, and outcomes to ensure progress against targets
**What You Bring**
- Proven **3+ years** of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (construction or real estate experience is a strong asset)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, with the ability to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-through effectively
- A relationship-builder with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable representing the company in both formal and casual settings
- Growth-oriented mindset, eager to help expand Oaken's reach in Manitoba to foster connection and trust
