We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner at our Edmonton corporate location.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Empower managers, acting as the primary consultant for assigned business units, providing expert coaching and guidance to management on a broad spectrum of HR matters, from performance management to organizational design.
- Drive strategic impact while leading the development, enhancement, and operationalization of key HR programs, including workforce planning, talent management initiatives, and workplace investigations.
- Design and implement high-impact engagement and communication programs that directly embed the organizational culture and enhance the overall employee experience across multiple provinces/jurisdictions.
- Consult on and develop competitive compensation plans for new roles and promotions, and expertly guide managers through sensitive processes like progressive discipline and termination, ensuring full compliance.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HR Business Partner or Advisor capacity.
- Multi-jurisdictional understanding of Canadian employment legislation and privacy laws, with experience supporting employees in multiple provinces (US experience is an asset).
- Demonstrated excellence in relationship management, conflict resolution, and influence, coupled with a strategic mindset and a willingness to be hands-on.
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, CPHR designation is considered a strong asset.
