**Overview**

The **Vice President of Operations** will oversee and drive the operational strategy and execution for Ideal Siding. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Operations ensures that systems, processes, and teams align with the company’s strategic goals. This senior role focuses on optimizing franchise operations, driving efficiency, and supporting franchisee success.

**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies to support franchise growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align operations with the company’s vision and goals.

Process Optimization
- Implement systems and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the member of the Operations team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in franchising or multi-unit businesses.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Strong knowledge of operational systems and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
