The Vice President, Sales will report directly to the General Manager and serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for driving revenue growth across Canada and the United States. This leader will manage a national sales force with accountability for expanding distribution networks, growing market share, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Charged with translating Columbia’s strategic priorities into actionable sales initiatives, the VP will streamline processes and refine pricing and channel strategies, ensuring the sales organization is aligned with broader business objectives and poised for scalable growth in both residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales executive with an outstanding sales track record and has been the sales leader with his/her previous employers. He/she has experience leading multi‑channel sales teams in the manufacturing or building products sectors. They bring experience in B2B sales with prior success in establishing deep relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers across the country. They thrive on working in a smaller, entrepreneurial business where the ability to be both strategic and hands‑on is critical to success.
