We are currently seeking **FULL TIME English speaking Call Centre Agents** who are dedicated and committed to join our Voice Assistant Solutions (V.A.S.) team for a permanent position in our business. **Responsibilities and Tasks** Equinox is a unique facility unlike all other call centres in Montréal. Here we let your keyboard skills do the work instead of your voice. We provide complete paid training to help you master our user friendly 21st century V.A.S. technology which allows you to listen to your customer while your fingers do the "talking". By typing pre-established codes, you instruct a recorded human voice to talk to the customer instead of yourself.
