The Sales Support Administrator delivers premium support to Bend Beauty’s customers with an energy that is aligned with our purpose & values.

The key responsibilities of this role are to:

- Set the tone for customer success and service including ensuring alignment with company purpose and values in all written and verbal communications truly representing the ‘voice of Bend Beauty’
- Provide product knowledge to existing and potential customers
- Reference established training documents to support customer FAQ’s
- Enter wholesale orders
- Set up accounts for and support on-boarding of new customers
- Support coordination of items to be shipped
- Support special projects as needed

To be a great fit for this role you are:

- Friendly
- Passionate
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Organized with excellent time management skills
- Experience in customer service, providing product knowledge would be ideal

The role is part time 20 hours/week and is largely remote but ideally the person would be on-site one day week at our 4th floor 1592 Barrington Street, Halifax office.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
