Our team is growing We are looking for a self-directed, detail-oriented Sales Support Associate (anticipated _**_15 hours per week in Atlantic or Eastern time zone: 9am-12pm _**_ET_**_/10am-1pm _**_AST, hours may vary_**_) to support cross-functional enterprise sales teams with multiple competing priorities. Various activities of the role include supporting these high-performing teams in day-to-day administrative operations and coordination. This role will provide upward mobility for an individual who can demonstrate mastery of the technology, tools, and organizational and critical thinking skills._**_

You will provide proactive, world-class service in a fast-paced environment with amazing clients and their sales-related projects in the following ways:

- Support multiple clients in collecting, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of enterprise sales data from a variety of data sources and client tools
- Create, update, and distribute pre and post sales reports
- Create, update, and report on opportunities and quotes in the sales pipeline
- Create and manage customer service cases
- Utilize tools and methods to coordinate work efforts and share best practices to increase efficiencies for clients
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies
- Provide consultation to account teams on sales processes and tools
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders on ad-hoc requests

**Qualifications**:

- You’re a doer; a resourceful, self-motivated organizer
- You like providing support, learning, and can follow direction
- You are highly detail-oriented, deadline driven and can support multiple projects simultaneously
- You enjoy structure and process but can pivot and think outside the box when necessary
- You have sense of humour, are professional, friendly and are flexible
- You’re technologically savvy, with proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- You understand “flexible work from home” still entails accountability and schedules
- You know your previous work experience (2-5 years in sales or event coordination, managing leagues or corporate initiatives or supporting a project team), regardless of how recent, will help you succeed in this role
- You have exceptional communication skills, written and verbal which are effective in group or individual settings
- Your experience running team meetings, managing action items, and escalating risks is considered an asset
- You are able to pass a background check related to criminal history in order to work with our global clients
