What do our Support Services Administrator do?
- Release sales for billing
- Enter/Link sales orders and send necessary paperwork to branches
- Set up customers for e-billing
- Assist with billing / invoice issues/questions
- Work with warehouse staff on order requests or discrepancies
- Support Ambius colleagues within Canada (Toronto, Vancouver & Calgary)
- Issues Purchase Orders to vendors and receive purchase orders in computer system
- Work closely with vendors and customers
- Issue WCB/WSIB Clearance Certificate as needed
- Work with Support Services Manager on month end data to meet deadlines
- Submit all required paperwork within designated timeframe
- Code and process accounts payable invoices
- Participate with accounts receivable and collections, as needed
- Work with customers, managers, operations and sales teams to resolve billing problems or general items
- Other General Administrative tasks as needed
- Provide support to Calgary and Vancouver and accommodate the time difference

What do you need?
- High school diploma or GED - required
- Post-secondary education in a related area of study - preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in an Administrative role
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-Point.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
- High level of organization skills
- Work well under pressure
- Prioritize work without direct supervision
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
- Listening skills are essential
- Quality and customer oriented
- Action-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong work ethic and professional demeanor
- Able to learn and use multiple computer systems
- Have knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
