Salary or per Hour Range: $19 CAD per hour (probationary period, 3 months); increases to $20 CAD per hour upon advancement to Trainee

**Position Summary**:
**What you will be doing**:

- Learn the industry, company objectives, and niche services provided.
- Participate in initial training to determine suitability for a recruitment sales role.
- Source and qualify business leads in line with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Engage in cold calling and outreach to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and business needs.
- Utilize CRM and Office 365 tools for client management and communication.
- Conduct market research and outreach to identify potential clients.
- Work remotely during directed hours with provided equipment and software.

**You have**:

- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred but not required).
- Fearless cold calling ability and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, independence, and motivation to succeed.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with Office 365; CRM experience preferred but not required.
- Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills, and integrity handling confidential information.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
