In this role as a Junior Sales Representative, you'll spend your days actively meeting with customers face-to-face, and presenting tailored Rogers telecom solutions that drive real value. Whether you're meeting new potential customers, following up on leads, or closing deals, every day brings new challenges and chances to grow. From day one, you'll receive hands-on training, ongoing mentorship, and access to proven sales tools designed to set you up for success as a Junior Sales Representative.

Daily Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Representative:

- Engage with customers and presenting tailored service solutions tailored to their specific needs
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through active follow ups ensuring satisfaction
- Collaborate with fellow Junior Sales Representatives to share insights and optimize strategies
- Attend ongoing training sessions and mentorship meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques and ensure growth within the company
- Achieve and exceed sales goals set for the Junior Sales Representative and collaborate effectively to team targets
- Take on additional responsibilities such as onboarding and training new hires

Key Competencies of the Junior Sales Representative:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, and telecommunications a strong asset but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers quickly
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Resilient, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales effectively
- Willingness to learn and open to coaching, feedback, and continuous development

Pay: $900.00-$1,350.00 per week
