Acheson, Canada Northgate Industries Ltd. Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with project team to ensure successful project execution and completion.
- Initiate and coordinate initial kick off meeting for new projects with relevant stakeholders.
- Complete new project set up and track all documentation, payments, prepare/execute change orders
- Attend all regular meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates to clients and stakeholders
- Maintain documentation and electronic project files as required for project administration.
- Assessing cost and schedule impact before reviewing with VP of Operations
- Maintaining and performing project document control and coordinating RFIs, shop drawing and client submittal process, maintaining as-built drawings.
- Preparing and tracking progress claims and estimates.
- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology/systems.
- PMP designation or equivalent experience in a dynamic, fast paced and diverse construction environment
- Construction trade certification with equivalent experience and/or construction management designation
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- practical experience with Modular Structure Manufacturing an asset
- minimum 5 years of construction experience in an operational role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple supervisors and sub-trades.
- Intermediate knowledge of construction specifications, methods, and procedures. - The successful applicant must be willing take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test. Travel and mobility will be required.
- Class 5 non GDL license, with clean driving abstract.
