**Project Manager - Civil Tech/Engineer (Landfill Construction/Civil Construction & Estimating)**

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage all phases of landfill construction/ civil projects from planning to completion.
- Prepare, review, and manage **project estimates, bids, and cost proposals**.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with clients, engineers and subcontractors.
- Review and approve technical designs, reports, and construction plans.
- Track project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and prepare progress reports.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **5+ years of experience** in civil construction, landfill, or related heavy earthworks.
- Demonstrated experience in **estimating and bid preparation.**
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management and estimating software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
