**PURPOSE**:
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspect of the project lifecycle. This individual provides leadership and direction to a team of engineers, estimators, installers, and fabricators to ensure the successful execution of piling projects, while simultaneously interfacing with the client to set and manage expectations and resolve disputes. Furthermore, this self-starter and results-orientated individual plans, organizes, directs, and controls daily operations including subcontractor selection and monitoring. The position is based out of our Acheson office.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with the Estimating Team to transfer estimates to the project management level
- Prepare pre-job packages as required including shop drawing submittals
- Conduct job site visits and audits as required
- Provide initial construction budgets to accounting department
- Work with Procurement on vendor selections as required
- Provide detailed review and evaluation of contract terms
- Execute projects in accordance with contracts and schedules
- Coordinate equipment and crew requirements with Logistics / Field Operations
- Provide effective contract change management to all stakeholders
- Ensure procurement and equipment requests are submitted in a timely manner
- Manage revenue forecasting, project budgets and cost reporting, and cost control
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for projects
- Provide guidance and assist with Accounts Payable function
- Compile and deliver comprehensive turnover packages

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Experience in piling preferred
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business or other related field preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
