**QA/QC Supervisor Wanted**

At Good Bread, we are committed to delivering the highest quality artisan bread and pastries to our customers. We’re seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to oversee and enhance our quality assurance and control processes in our wholesale bakery. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, innovative thinking, and a passion for maintaining excellence in every product.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Develop and Implement QA Protocols**: Establish and maintain quality assurance policies to ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP and GMPs.
- **Monitor Quality Control**: Conduct inspections and test on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to meet quality specifications.
- **Oversee Compliance**: Ensure all products adhere to regulatory and company standards for safety quality, and labeling.
- **Train Staff**: Collaborate with production teams to train employees on quality standards and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Investigate Issues**: Lead investigations into quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
- **Maintain Documentation**: Oversee records related to quality assurance, control activities, and compliance audits.
- **Support Production**:Work alongside production teams to ensure quality control procedures are seamlessly integrated into daily operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years in a QA/QC role, preferably in bakery manufacturing or a similar food production environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: A meticulous approach to ensuring every product meets our high standards.
- **Innovative Thinking**:Ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- **Leadership Skills**:Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a team in a dynamic environment.
- **Self-Motivation**:A proactive attitude with the ability to manage tasks independently.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with quality systems, food safety regulations, and QA/QC methodologies.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
