**Job Summary**:Ensure Assembly operatives maintain Quality Standards, inspect product and perform various types of testing and or studies / investigations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, this detail-oriented, self-starting individual will be responsible for performing random quality audits on a variety of products. Other responsibilities include training associates on the shop floor, generating reports, and supporting the Quality Department where required.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Inspect product throughout manufacturing process.
- Perform failure investigations and root cause analysis.
- Perform process and product audits.
- Record quality data based on audit results to support production in identifying and correcting non-conformance trends.
- Perform product testing in a controlled environment; including on-site water testing and corner strength testing for weld quality.
- Perform quality inspection and performance on incoming shipments from various suppliers.
- Provide exceptional customer service through fact-based decision making, supporting production initiatives and working with service on remediation in the field.
- Train shop floor employees on proper assembly, calibrating equipment & coordinating maintenance.
- Participate in quality standards review, creating work instructions and job breakdown sheets.
- Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests.
- Safe handling of finished goods.
- Rejecting non-conforming products, utilizing either paper based or electronic system.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures
- Promotes a positive culture and drives continuous improvement activities to improve processes, engagement and customer mindset.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Checking all products for any and all defects.
- Return non-conforming products to production for rework
- Cleaning the product as required.
- Rechecking reworks.

**Skills Required**:

- Must be lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift - 2pm to 10:30pm OR
- Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays 8:00am to 2:00pm.

**Experience**:

- QA/QC 1 year minimum.

**Language**:

- English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
