Job Description: **GALLEY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** Tsawwassen You are a safety-minded individual responsible for performing all duties related to the maintenance/repair and troubleshooting of commercial food service equipment including but not limited to refrigeration, cooking both electric and steam, beverage and dish washing equipment. While safely meeting the physical demands of the job, you complete assigned tasks to high standards and with mínimal supervision. You anticipate and analyze problems and initiate appropriate solutions. You perform work to Company standards, utilizing effective troubleshooting and time management techniques. You have a thorough understanding of WCB regulations and safe working practices and working knowledge of relevant materials, tools and equipment. You have 3-5 years of full time experience servicing and maintaining commercial food service equipment. You possess certification by the CFESA (Canadian Food Equipment Service Association) as a Master Technician or an equivalent accredited education in commercial appliance repair and maintenance.
