**Overview**

A mechanical and/or electrical background is ideal, however, tickets and experience in this field are not required as long as there is a willingness to learn and grow. The maintenance technician will work closely with other team members to uphold safety standards and maintain equipment reliability.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring all areas are safe and operational.
- Uphold functionality of equipment by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair various equipment types.
- Passionate about hands-on work.
- Any experience with motors, electrical systems, bearings, or shafts are welcome.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with reading schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Organized, detail-orientated, and willingness to keep shop and facility clean.

**Stand-out Skills**
- Experience in facilities maintenance practices and procedures.
- Ability to fabricate parts using welding techniques as required.
- Experience with electrical systems.

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
