Willows Agriservices Ltd. is an agricultural supply company that provides a wide variety of unique services and products to a long standing, stable customer base dating back to 1947. Willows operates multiple retail outlets, elevator facilities, fertilizer blending plant and a modern mash mill production facility that became operational in 2023.

We are currently seeking a maintenance technician in Delta, Ontario to help our growing needs that would have a variety of responsibilities and tasks.

**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Maintain records of vehicle, mill and off road equipment maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions ad for compliance efforts
- Be able to do basic maintenance on towers, legs and motors
- Keep a clean, organized work area that other team members are able to utilize to maximize productivity
- Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues that arise and come up with productive, timely cost effective solutions
- Direct team members as required under the guidance of the leadership team
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid drivers license in Canada and have reliable transportation to Delta
- A mechanical aptitude from either previous job experience or further education
- Basic reading literacy
- Capable of performing physical job duties (lifting, climbing, bending etc.)
- Ability to work at heights in accordance with safety requirements
- Ability to work if needed in varied indoor and outdoor setting if required

**Preferred**:

- Not a must but schedule flexibility is a strong asset. Breakdowns occasionally need to be addressed outside of Monday to Friday 8-5
- Self motivated and ability to work in teamwork settings

Salary Range - Benefit package including dental, vision, and health

$60,000 - 80,000 yearly

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
