**About the Role**:
Essity North America is looking for an experienced Customer Logistics Manager who will responsible for developing a superior Go-To-Market approach in the area of Customer Logistics. They will develop a logistic relationship with selected key customers (ie. Walmart, Amazon, Shoppers Drug Mart, etc) by “selling” the Essity performance and VAS offer in order to be perceived and selected as the preferred partner.

**What You Will Do**:

- Serves as the key Logistics contact with our Strategic Accounts - a new linkage to our customers beyond Sales and Customer Service. These linkages involve direct communication with senior management and procurement managers of our strategic customers - developing lasting relationships that foster customer loyalty.
- Set up customer KPI reports and define action plans with customer, CS, Sales and Distribution Manager to improve.
- Creates and executes Customer Logistics project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Partners with Marketing and Sales on new go to market or business opportunities (ie. promotions, ecommerce, etc).
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of Customer Logistics projects and follow-up on logistic costs per customer to ensure cost efficiency in logistics operation.
- Define actions for service performance improvements with Local Sales/KAM, Demand planner and CS manager.
- Create forecast / logistic communication platform with key customers in cooperation with Demand Planner.
- Secure sales involvement in communication platform together with category / buying department of the customer.
- Follow up the SLA agreement KPI’s and set improvement actions.

**Who You Are**:

- BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or other related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in customer supply chain, sales, customer service, logistics, or customer finance within Consumer-Packaged Goods industry.
- Advanced-level performer in analytics and data presentation, including working within multiple data sources/systems, demonstrating a fundamental knowledge of customer and supply chain systems, and presenting data in a way that can be understood by a broad professional team.
- Experience with SAP a plus.
- Experience with customer systems a plus.
- High Proficiency in MS Office and Windows.
- Experience in project management and Lean/Six-Sigma methodology preferred.
- Excellent professional relationship building, intrapersonal skills, and teamwork experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills demonstrated.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks, showing initiative as both an independent and a team contributor.
