We are seeking a part-time front counter attendant with a positive, friendly personality for our Trinidadian take-out restaurant. Prior cashier & customer service experience in a food service setting is a MUST.

**REQUIRED AVAILABILITY**

Currently, Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- take phone orders
- prepare, assemble and bag food orders, including phone and online delivery orders
- perform daily inventory checks to ensure there is sufficient quantity of food, drinks, packaging supplies, etc. at all times
- maintaining cleanliness in all public areas

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- excellent oral and written English
- experience processing online delivery orders, e.g. Skip The Dishes, Uber Eats

**-**punctual, trustworthy and reliable
- friendly, positive attitude; comfortable dealing with the public
- attention to detail; excellent memory and organizational skills
- able to multi-task and work under time pressures without becoming overwhelmed
- able to follow directions, take initiative and perform tasks quickly and accurately
- able to work well independently and with others

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
