Distribution of work and work flow into department for daily schedule attainment. Work with auditors at FPI. Certify FPI personnel. Provide Health & Safety and SWI on the job training for all employees. Working with Level II’s at FPI regarding problem castings. Calibration at FPI. Responsible for External and Internal Audits. Attend supervisor, production and turn back meetings. Develop and approve procedures and techniques, review POs and drawings, review all customer specifications.
