**Job description** - **Company Description**_ Roadhouse Distribution Inc. is currently looking for a STAR shipper/receiver for our new facility in Tilbury, North Delta. With a "can do" attitude and experience in large facilities (and small teams), the order shipper/receiver will be responsible for fulfilling the entirety of our daily orders. - **Job Description**_ - Comply with company and legislative health and safety guidelines at all times. - Perform pre-shift equipment checks. - Receive/generate B2B & B2C pick lists throughout the day and process orders. - Must be able to lift 50 lbs - Quality inspect product prior to shipping. - Comply with international shipping/customs requirements. - Create shipping labels. - Receive/count vendor shipments. - Receive/process returned merchandise. - Track warehouse supply levels. - Ensure to keep the warehouse clean and safe at all times. - Show initiative in optimizing the warehouse’s operations and being proactive to realize solutions as problems arise. - Continuously seek to maintain and/or improve the warehouse space allocation. - Willingness to learn and accept cross-training to multiple operations. - Ability to learn in a self-sufficient environment. - **Qualifications**_ - 2-3 years experience in a warehouse role. - Ability to establish priorities. - Excellent judgment and decision-making skills. - Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Experience in picker/forklift certification and inspection (an asset). - **What we Offer**:_ - Opportunities for growth and advancement. - Dynamic workplace - Small work teams - Many more - **About our Company**:_ Roadhouse Distribution Inc. is a locally owned and operated motorcycle safety goods and apparel supplier that distributes the in-house brand Voss Helmets.
