Kaltech MFG Ltd. is looking for an experienced Shipper/ Receiver. Duties include: - Checking and tracking all received goods and this matches their paperwork - Prep'ing items for shipping and loading trucks - Moving material to and from different work stations - Helping with various other shop tasks as required (deburring, etc...) Fork lift experience is a must (certification required) A self starter who is able to work unsupervised and efficiently. This person is a hard worker, yet safety is always on their mind. Kaltech is a "team like" atmosphere, where all members work cooperatively to service our customers. Successful applicant needs to be reliable and long term. Not a typical warehouse/ receiving job as that is only a portion of what this job entails. **Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities** Repetitive tasks, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment **Personal Suitability** Dependability, Reliability **Equipment and Machinery Experience** Lifting device, Hand tools, Deburrer **Inventory Clerk Specific Skills** Pack items for shipping and distribution **Specific Skills** Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale and other materials from surfaces of metal products, Immerse metal products in cleaning solutions, Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators or other metal workers, Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools, Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout plant manually or using powered equipment, Clean machines and immediate work areas, Polish metal products to mirror finish, Load and unload vehicle, Read and interpret work orders **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: $28.00-$30.00 per hour Additional pay: - Overtime pay **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: All of our staff works on their own/ not beside anyone else.
