**Receptionist - Temporary Part time Evenings (4pm
- 9pm), and call ins, as available**
**Position Summary**:
**Proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 is a requirement for this position.**
**Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:
- Maintain files and records, including correspondence, forms, and routine office records and reports.
- Receive incoming mail and co-ordinate distribution, and process outgoing mail.
- Answer telephone, greet visitors, receives routine inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that work station is safe and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Responsible for shift call ins and replacing staff according to protocols and procedures
- Be sure each and every walk-in is greeting with 100% customer service
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Other Knowledge**
Must have sound knowledge of general office procedures. Must have excellent command of the English language.
**ATTRIBUTES**
Professional customer service is a necessity. Must be mature and possess good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, staff, vendors family members and visitors.
Employment will be conditional on a clear police check, including vulnerable sector check, current within 6 months of start date; as well as acceptable proof of being vaccinated against COVID-19, in accordance with the organizations Immunization Policy at time of hiring.
