**Compensation**:
$150,000 yearly at plan

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will include:

- Managing the entire commercial real estate transaction process, from the initial business terms through due diligence and closing.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with all parties in commercial real estate transactions
- Effectively marketing and leasing commercial properties
- Conducting market research, including competitor research and analysis
- Researching and identifying new development opportunities.
- Utilizing various listing services, financial software, and databases
- Preparing comparative market analysis, market strategies, and investment summaries
- Negotiating agreements, letters of intent, purchase contracts, and letters of termination
- Reviewing tenant lease documentation, offering documents, deal summary sheets, and other documentation.
- Establishing and adhering to timelines for all stages of the deal processes

**Qualifications**:
Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Must have an active real estate license in good standing
- Strong knowledge of the Central Alberta market and related regulations
- Must be technologically savvy and proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and other database software
- An ability to identify deal-making opportunities
- Strong communication, organizational and record-keeping skills
- Excellent math and problem-solving skills
- Proven negotiation, conflict resolution and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects at the same time
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset
