**Your role on our team**Manage accounts payable, expense accounts and credit cards,- Prepare electronic payments and participate in weekly treasury monitoring,- Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and systems,- Participate in the preparation of month-end analysis,- Process regular payroll of employees as well as variable remuneration (reimbursement of expense accounts, commissions, perdiems...)- Ensure the correct entry and approval of timesheets- Attend year-end tasks- Answer employee questions about their pay- Collaborate with the controller on various special projects and related tasks.

**You are the person for this role if you fit the following criteria**DEC in accounting,- 3 years of relevant experience,- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Excel,- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)- Ability to communicate clearly- Increased ability to simplify and work as a team- Ease of working in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice to have**- Knowledge of Salesforce - FinancialForce and ADP
