**Location**: Montreal, QC

**About the position**:
The Apotheosis Group ltd. (TAG) provides all-in-one corporate management tools to manage investment portfolios and streamline administrative and governance services to enhance process automation, governance standards and transparency. TAG is currently looking for an accounting technician to strengthen its financial and administrative team. Reporting to the Director of Finance & Administration, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous individual with a desire to learn, to join an ecosystem of growing companies.

**As a member of our team, you will**:
Perform the complete accounting cycle for each entity of the group
Support technical teams in the procurement process
Reconcile stock movements with PO and quotes
Manage accounts receivable and payable
Assist Finance Director in monthly financial reporting for all entities of the group
Book monthly and year-end journal entries
Prepare month-end billings
Reconcile bank accounts
Provide all required information to our payroll provider
Prepare expense reports of the employees
Prepare quarterly GST-QST remittances report
Assist Finance Director in preparing documentation for production of year-end financial statements
Support administration with group insurance
Work closely with our internal and external collaborators
Perform various other tasks related to the administration of the organization

**Requirements**:
Diploma of Vocational Studies in accounting
3 to 5 years of experience as an accounting technician
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong sense of organization and priorities
Like to work in a team
Be able to take on several tasks simultaneously
Desire to learn new skills and tools
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written
Sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on the group’s success

**Nice-to-have**:
Experience in telecommunication industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics
