**Duties**
- Lead group sessions, workshops, or training programs with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Develop and implement program agendas aligned with organizational goals
- Manage project timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure timely completion of activities
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Recruit participants or volunteers as needed to support program objectives
- Facilitate discussions, encourage participation, and maintain a positive environment
- Oversee administrative tasks related to program logistics, scheduling, and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to design marketing strategies that promote programs or initiatives
- Provide mentorship and support to participants or team members to foster leadership development
- Represent the organization at public speaking engagements or community events

**Requirements**:

- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse groups effectively
- Strong public speaking skills with confidence in engaging audiences of varying sizes
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives
- Background in marketing or outreach to promote programs or events successfully
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others and foster teamwork
- Skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making processes
- Administrative experience managing schedules, documentation, and organizational tasks
- Recruiting experience to attract suitable participants or staff for programs
- Teaching experience or background in education is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential
