**Position Summary**

The **Junior Order Management Coordinator** supports the order management team in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of orders from quotation to delivery. This entry-level role assists with product sourcing and procurement, order processing, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The coordinator will provide customer support as needed and contribute to rental equipment logistics. This position is designed for individuals looking to grow into a career in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Processing & Customer Service**
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely **quotations** for customer inquiries.
- Support in **sourcing and procuring products** under the guidance of senior team members.
- Enter and process **customer orders** in the ERP/CRM system.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

**Inventory Management**
- Conduct **basic inventory checks** and report discrepancies.
- Assist in identifying **slow-moving or deadstock items**.
- Help monitor inventory levels to reduce the risk of stockouts.
- Support the team in analyzing usage trends to improve inventory turnover.

**Rental & Fleet Management**
- Assist in preparing **rental agreements and paperwork**.
- Support **fleet upkeep activities** by maintaining records and tracking service schedules.
- Monitor rental inventory availability and report shortages.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Provide input on opportunities to **streamline order processing**.
- Assist with supplier communications to improve procurement efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new tools, systems, or processes.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- 0-2 years of experience in order management, customer service, procurement, or inventory control (co-op or internship experience welcomed).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of **inventory and order management principles** (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn ERP/CRM systems.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Growth Opportunities**

This role is designed to develop into a full **Order Management Coordinator** position as experience is gained. The Junior Coordinator will build hands-on knowledge in procurement, inventory optimization, and customer account management, with opportunities for career advancement within Supplynow Limited.

Pay: From $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
