**GALT CHRYSLER DODGE LTD (part of the Raceway Auto Group) is currently seeking to hire an experienced Parts Manager to join our busy and growing Dealership.**

We are looking to hire an experienced Parts Manager to lead and motivate our Parts Team on a daily basis. This role is vital and integral to the success of not only the Fixed Operations Department, but the Dealership as a whole. Galt Chrysler Dodge Ltd. is one of the regions top volume dealerships and we are looking for right the person to help continue and grow our success.
- Experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
- Technologically savvy with PC-based software, and strong proficiency in Dealer Management systems
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve results
- Able to work as part of a results-oriented and customer-focused team
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast
- paced environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, technical & mechanical repairs, product
- Valid Driver’s License

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure that parts sales targets are met. Coordinate parts marketing efforts
- Maintain tight inventory control to ensure consistent delivery of parts while minimizing obsolescence
- Balance inventory to meet requirements of the Service Department, wholesale accounts and over the counter sales
- Understand and comply with all manufacturers’ warranty ordering and return policies.
- Forecast and track monthly sales and profit objectives. Compile and analyze monthly management reports
- Responsible for profitability of Department by revenue generation and cost control
- Hire, train, motivate, coach and monitor performance of all Parts Department staff
- Keep up to date by completing all training within manufacturer’s prescribed guidelines and ensuring the same for all staff
